The initial pillow quickly lost its form. When I reached out with a complaint, my email ended up in the junk folder. After posting a review here, Bubbles from Putnam sent me 2 additional foam inserts that are of much better quality.

I picked up this amazing pillow from here, and it has really boosted my sleep quality. Now, I’m clocking a solid 8 hours each night and no more snoring! Sadly, it hasn’t done anything for my bad breath or drooling. Plus, it arrived with free shipping, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and had a cheerful vibe.

This company is super professional and picks up the phone right away. I ran into a delivery hiccup due to the Royal Mail strikes (not Putnams' fault, mind you). They were really helpful and kept me in the loop. My product ended up showing up the very next day, and it's a really comfy Sero cushion that's helping me recover after surgery. Big thanks to the Putnams crew and to 'Sharon' for the personal touch on the sewn-in label!

I’m really into the wool duvets I purchased. After giving a weighted blanket a shot and not having much luck, I was on the lookout for something warm yet a bit heavier than your average duvet. The wool provides the coziest sleep I’ve experienced in a long time. Usually, I can only manage about 4 hours at a stretch, but with this duvet, I’m now getting solid sleep for up to 6 hours. I didn’t think they’d arrive before Christmas since I ordered late, but they showed up on the 23rd, and I was super impressed with how quickly they dispatched. I’ll definitely recommend this company and will be back for more!

The item showed up fast and the price was pretty fair considering what latex pillows usually cost. But honestly, there’s no way this pillow is comfy or usable at all. And since I can’t return it, it’s off to the landfill for this one. Nice job, folks!

I picked up the neck support pillow from Putnams, which helps you rest on your back with your neck straight instead of at an awkward angle; it sort of forms a little trough for your head. The quality and design are just fantastic. This thing has really changed my life. I wish someone had clued me in years ago that a product like this was out there! It has made such a difference in my sleep and eased my neck and back pain. I've just gone ahead and ordered the orthopedic foam mattress to give my back some love too!

Had a fantastic experience with Putnams, and I’m super pleased with our sofa cushions! Our 4-seater sofa base cushions were all flat and not comfy at all. Putnams refilled them to just the right firmness, making it feel like we got a brand new sofa. From the initial contact, chatting about options, to getting the cushions back (filled up real nice and delivered in just a few days), the service was top-notch. I’d totally recommend them.

I got a bed wedge to help with my acid reflux, but after just a few weeks, I ended up with bed sores from it! Never had those before, and once I took it away, I was all good! I reached out to them, but they didn’t seem to care at all! They just told me to consult my doctor. Seriously? Doctor's advice for something their product caused? No way! STAY AWAY FROM THIS! Look for alternatives. They really don’t care about their customers!!! Absolutely terrible service!

I just got the ‘Putnams Bed Wedge for Acid Reflux’ with the memory foam top, and I gotta say, it’s been great! Before I started using this wedge, my acid reflux would often wake me up at night, but now I can sleep through without any issues! It’s truly been a lifesaver, and I’d definitely suggest giving it a try. The incline is so gentle that you barely feel like you’re elevated in bed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars all the way!

I reached out to Putnams to find the right pillow for my sleep apnoea situation. The advisor I spoke with was super helpful and really nailed it. I'm quite pleased with the pillow; it works wonders with my full face CPAP mask. Later, I encountered a problem with one of the covers. I shot them an email and got a quick reply (which I somehow overlooked). So, I called their customer service and chatted with a lovely lady named Bubbles, who sorted everything out right away. Incredible service, top-notch customer care, and speedy delivery. I’ll surely be shopping here again. Thanks a bunch!
